Kane Brown has been on a roll for the past few years. The 28-year old country singer from Nashville has had a series of number 1 releases and top-selling records. In 2016, Kane Brown dropped his self-titled debut album, which featured the seven-time platinum single, “What Ifs,” featuring Lauren Alaina. The song topped the U.S. Country Airplay and U.S. Country Songs chart, and peaked at number 26 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song later won the Collaborative Video of the Year at the CMT Awards. The album’s follow up single, “Heaven,” also performed remarkably well on the charts. The single topped the U.S. Country Airplay and soared to number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100. “Heaven” eventually earned a seven-time platinum certification after selling more than 700,000 units. In 2018, Brown’s debut album won the prestigious Best Country Album at the American Music Awards.
Brown later dropped his sophomore album, Experiment. The album was preceded by the double-platinum lead single, “Lose It,” which dominated the U.S. Country Songs and U.S. Country Airplay charts. “Lose It” later won Male Video of the Year at the CMY Awards. The following year, Experiment’s second single, “Good As You,” peaked at number 1 on the Country Airplay chart, making it Brown’s fifth consecutive single to reach number 1. In 2020, Brown released a single, “Worldwide Beautiful,” from Mixtape Vol.1. The song won Video of the Year at the CMT Awards. In 2022, Brown released his latest album, Different Man. The album was preceded by singles, “Whiskey Sour” and “Leave You Alone.” Brown made history when he performed the album’s third single, “Grand,” at the Video Music Awards.
