Christian rock band, Underoath, made their breakthrough in 2004 after releasing their fourth album, They’re Only Chasing Safety. The band debuted on the Billboard 200 after peaking at number 101 on the chart. Meanwhile, the record also topped the Heatseekers chart and peaked at number 7 on the Top Christian Albums. The critically-acclaimed record later sold over 500,000 copies in the U.S., earning the band their first gold certification.

Thanks to the album’s phenomenal breakthrough, Underoath has soared through the charts with their subsequent releases. In 2006, their fifth effort, Define the Great Line, peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and topped both the Heatseekers and Top Christian Albums. The gold-certified record spawned three hit singles, “Writing on the Walls,” “In Regards to Myself,” and “You’re Ever So Inviting.”

Earlier this year, the band sold out several shows in the U.S. during their Blind Obedience Tour. The trek was held in support of their ninth album, Voyuerist. Critics praised the record for being the “most cohesive and coherent effort” and for being the “most punishingly heavy music you’ll hear this year.”

Meanwhile, The Ghost Inside made their breakthrough in 2012 upon releasing their third album, Get What You Give. The album featured the hit “Engine 45,” which notably entered four Billboard charts, peaking at number 88 on Billboard 200.

Five years later, the band made their international breakthrough with their fourth effort, Dear Youth. The album entered the charts in six countries, including appearing on four Billboard charts and peaking at number 63 on the Billboard 200. The album spawned two major singles, “Avalanche” and “Dear Youth (Day 52).”
