Massachusetts-born outfit Switchfoot started making waves in 1997 upon dropping their debut album, Legend of the Chin. The band is regarded as one of the most commercially successful Christian rock groups in the circuit. In 2003, Switchfoot made their phenomenal breakthrough in the mainstream scene after releasing their fourth album, The Beautiful Letdown. The triple platinum selling record gave birth to smashing Billboard Hot 100 hits like “Meant to Love” and “Dare You To Move.” Last year, Switchfoot dropped a re-recorded version of The Beautiful Letdown, which features alternate and acoustic versions of the album’s singles.
Blue October also rose to prominence in the 2000s after their 2006 album Foiled broke into the Mainstream chart. Since their much-deserved breakout, Blue October continued to be a fixture on the charts and released several notable hits, such as “Hate Me,” “Into the Ocean,” “Dirt Room,” “Should Be Loved,” and “Home,” among others. Earlier in the year, Blue October dropped a new single, “Everything We Lose in the Fire,” which is anticipated to be featured in the forthcoming effort.
Lastly, Matt Nathanson will also be delivering his vast discography.
