Goose has broken silence on their first headline dates for 2026. The Spring Tour 2026 kickstarts on 10 April 2026 in Asheville. Some highlights of the run include two nights at Fort Lauderdale, Florida’s War Memorial Auditorium on 15 - 15 April), Florida’s St. Augustine Amphitheatre (18 - 19 April), New Orleans’ historic Saenger Theatre (21 - 22 April), as well as a special return to Austin at Texas’ Moody Center (24 April). 

The upcoming dates follow an awesome 2025 live run which saw the band sell out New York City’s world-famous Madison Square Garden. They even packed out top-billed festival appearances including Newport, Rhode Island’s Newport Folk Festival, as well as their first-ever destination festival, Viva El Gonzo. 

About Goose

Goose made an epic entrance. They dropped their debut album in 2016 and turned heads straight away. The group played countless shows while consistently building up a loyal following for their own brand of “irresistible songcraft, fluid musicianship, and spirited improvisational performance.” 

2022 was a career-defining year for the Connecticut-born five piece as they dropped their critically acclaimed third studio album, Dripfield. Led with hypnotic songs like “Hungersite,” the record spent a number of weeks in the top 10 at Triple A radio stations across the country. Dripfield debuted at an impressive No.2 on Billboard’s “Top New Artist Albums” chart and won critical acclaim from major publications such as Rolling Stone. They praised the album as “both sweet headphone ear candy and the foundation for a perfect live peak.” Moreover, Goose spoiled fans with a history-making EP in 2024, called Ted Tapes. “Beautiful album with incredible instrumentation throughout,” and “2 hours of bizzaro jams, that all are just fantastic” cheers Album of the Year. The masterminds behind the iconic songs of Goose are Rick Mitarotonda (vocals and guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, keys, and guitar), Trevor Weekz (bass), Jeff Arevalo (vocals, percussion, and drums) and Cotter Ellis (drums). Be prepared to party to all their greatest hits like “So Ready,” “Hungersite,” and “Arcadia,” as well as all of their latest jams from their recent opuses, Everything Must Go and Chain Yer Dragon. This tour comes on the heels of two awesome albums released in 2025.
